ASACP Names CAM4, Gamma, TES Affiliate Conferences as February Sponsors

LOS ANGELES — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) has named CAM4, Gamma Entertainment and The European Summit (TES) Affiliate Conferences as February’s Featured Sponsors.

ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning praised the new group of sponsors as among the industry’s most-respected companies who serve as examples of how responsible business policies, ethical operation and social awareness can help protect minors from accidental exposure to age-restricted materials.

“By sponsoring ASACP, the industry’s prominent players prove that adult-oriented entertainment and corporate responsibility go hand-in-hand,” Henning said. “ASACP is proud to honor these companies that have demonstrated a commitment to online protection of minors, encouraging other organizations to take a leadership role in keeping minors out of and away from adult entertainment.”

The sponsor support underwrites a range of educational and informational resources for digital media and related companies, including “market-tailored Best Practices along with a universal code of ethics for online businesses, app publishers and operators of age-restricted websites,” explained Henning.

Gamma has thrown its support behind ASACP since 2006; TES Affiliate Conferences was founded in 2009 and began supporting the Association the following year.

CAM4’s support and sponsorship extends back to 2011 with its adoption of ASACP’s stringent Best Practices tailored specifically to live cam site operators.

In related news, Henning and ASACP will return to LALExpo in Colombia next month and attend TES in Lisbon in February-March.
